The work ISRT Missing Persons does isn’t easy. Searching for and recovering missing persons from war zones, mass disasters, and deep-sea wrecks is physically demanding and emotionally intense. It’s complex, high-risk, and often deeply personal. That’s why ISRT Health Care exists—because taking care of our team’s mental health is just as important as the forensic work we do.
Why ISRT Health Care?
Our team members are exposed to some of the toughest situations: war crimes investigations, mass graves, disaster victim identification (DVI), and more. They’re experts at handling the most complex forensic cases across the globe, but no one is immune to the psychological toll. ISRT Health Care was created to ensure our people aren’t facing that alone.
We offer physical and mental healthcare tailored specifically for our members. These aren’t generic programs—they’re designed by professionals who understand the frontline challenges of forensics, defense, and emergency services.
